Constructed of high-density foam, the Century Wavemaster heavy bag has a rounded base that is easily relocated without the need of permanent fixtures. Filling the Century Wavemaster punching bag is quick and easy. The hollow base of this Century free standing punching bag holds sand or water, keeping the heavy bag stationary (we recommend sand)..
